LH-1307B

-LH-1307B is a compound of polymer. It has excellent floating color clearing and anti-staining property. Used to improve the efficiency and reproducibility of dyeing and finishing.

Key Features and Typical Benefits:

◆ Suitable for all alkaline finishing and hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes. Can effectively chelate calcium magnesium ions, improve the solubility of sodium silicate, reduce the production of Silicon scale.

◆ Outstanding anti-staining effect. For the printed fabric, it can prevent the color staining to the white ground; For the dyed fabric.

◆ Has good chelating ability for calcium salt, magnesium ions, can prevent the calcium soap spots occurring during the soaping process.

◆ It has high dispersion properties for insoluble calcium salts, pectin and other impurities, and can effectively prevent these impurities from contaminating the surface of machines and fabrics during pretreatment. Excellent colloidal protection can prevent the deposition of calcium salts and greatly improve the stability of the treatment solution.

Application:

LH-1307B is easily soluble in water. it can be used directly after dilution It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, continuous washing machine, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments.

1.  Pre-treatment and bleaching: LH-1307B: 0.5-2.0 g/L

2. Dyeing:

LH-1307B: 0.5-2.0 g/L

3. After dyeing or printing soap washing LH-1307B: 1.0-3.0 g/L

Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum 120kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight.
